Founder of The Sanctuary of Wellness
Tiffany Robbins is the Founder of The Sanctuary of Wellness, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified State Supervisor, and 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) who is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from past experiences, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
From the beginning, Tiffany’s vision for The Sanctuary of Wellness has been to create more than just a therapy practice. She wanted to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” someone; it is about creating a trusting relationship where healing, growth, and self discovery can happen at each person’s own pace.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Tiffany specializes in trauma informed care and works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma, life transitions, self harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, and individuals who feel disconnected from themselves, stuck, or like they are not quite feeling like themselves. She utilizes evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic techniques. She also brings an intuitive and integrative perspective to her work, honoring the connection between the mind, body, and emotional experiences that shape each person’s healing journey. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, mindfulness, and an understanding that healing involves the mind, body, nervous system, and the relationships we build with ourselves and others.
As both a therapist and yoga teacher, Tiffany incorporates the connection between mental health and the body into her work. She believes our experiences are held not only in our thoughts but also within our bodies, and she values helping clients develop tools to regulate emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
In addition to her clinical work with clients, Tiffany is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of therapists through her role as a Qualified State Supervisor. She enjoys mentoring clinicians, sharing her knowledge, and helping create a future of compassionate, ethical, and effective mental health providers.
Outside of the office, Tiffany finds joy in practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, gardening, exploring new experiences, and spending time with the people she loves. Her dog Zara, lovingly known as the “Director of Pawsitivity,” brings daily reminders of the importance of connection, presence, and finding joy in the little moments.
Tiffany believes everyone deserves a space where they can be authentic, feel supported, and begin their journey toward becoming the most authentic version of themselves. At The Sanctuary of Wellness, her goal is to walk alongside each person as they navigate healing, growth, and transformation.
