Shelby Janov

Registered Mental Health Counselor

Shelby believes healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. She offers a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges at your own pace. Shelby works with adults, teens, and young adults, and has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, as well as navigating stress, family dynamics, and struggles with self-esteem.

Her approach is collaborative and person-centered, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, values, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT, Shelby supports clients in developing practical tools for change while also fostering deeper self-understanding and personal growth.

Outside the therapy room, Shelby enjoy working out, getting lost in a good book, going to concerts, and spending time with her two Alaskan Malamutes.
