Mario, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified State Supervisor, is a gifted therapist with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Drawing on his expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Mario helps people to overcome their emotional and psychological challenges, and achieve a greater sense of well-being.

Despite the tremendous benefits of therapy, many people still hesitate to seek help due to the stigma and the false belief that they may be responsible for their own problems. Mario believes that it is our responsibility as psychotherapists to educate and reassure our clients that their struggles are not their fault, but rather the result of unconscious processes that lead to distressing emotions.

Born in Brazil, Mario brings a multicultural perspective to his work, which enables him to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. When he is not helping his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities, such as mountain biking and stand up paddleboarding. His expertise in therapy and his love for outdoor activities make him a unique and well-rounded individual, and a valued member of his community.
